I am not much of a writer. But I feel the desire to share our story. It all started on October 30th 2008. It started out as a somewhat normal day. I got up and went to work at the local grocery store in our small town of Rexburg, Idaho. It wasn't your normal work day, today was the day you could come to work dressed up for Halloween. My best friend Ryndi and I were Dark Fairies! A simple but fun costume!

That night Ryndi and I were invited to a Halloween party at a coworkers home. Needless to say we went to the party in our costumes. At the party the decided that we were going to watch some scary movies. and I am not a scary movies kinda gal. But before we could start a friend of a friend still had not arrived. Eventually he arrived and as we were getting the movie started this random person i had never met decided to come sit in between Ryndi and I. At this point i was freaking out inside. My thoughts at the time were 'Oh my, we are about to watch a scary movie and I'm probably gonna jump or scream and now there is a cute stranger sitting next to me and i don't wanna embarrass myself..." Since i thought it would be rude to move to another seat I decided to stay put and tough it out. We were only 30 minutes into the movies when I text Ryndi and told her we needed to leave! We then made up a reason to leave and left.
As we were driving back home we were chatting about the evening we had had and about the cute stranger that sat between us. It turned out she knew him and he worked at the grocery store as well. I remember making comments on how cute he was and how shy I was when my phone vibrated. I didn't think much of it because I was texting someone at the time and I had assumed it was their response and when I read the message I was confused it read "you should have stayed for the whole movie" I then realized the text I was reading was from an unknown phone number.
I text back "who is this?" and the response "Will I Am" followed. It was William the cute stranger from the party. I remember becoming all giddy inside and flushed. At first I asked him how he got my phone number and he proceeded to tell me that after I left he had taken my bosses phone and got my number out of it. We continued to text through out the night.
